This is a short informational site operated by RedCap LLC (“RedCap Labs”). It has no forms, no accounts, and no log-in. The plain version of this policy is that we do not collect anything about you here.

What this site does not do

• It sets no cookies of any kind, including analytics and preference cookies.
• It runs no analytics, tag manager, session recorder, or advertising or tracking pixel.
• It embeds no third-party fonts, videos, maps, chat widgets, or social scripts. Every asset on the page is served from this site.
• It contains no contact form and collects no personal information through the page.
• It does not build a profile of you, share or sell information about you, or use anything for advertising.

If you email us

The contact link on this site opens your own email program addressed to info@redcaplabs.com. Sending is entirely your choice and nothing is transmitted until you send it. If you do write to us, we receive and keep your message and your email address for the purpose of replying to you and, if a business discussion follows, of conducting it. We do not add you to a mailing list. To have your message and address deleted from our mailbox, write to the same address and ask; we will do it.

Hosting and server logs

The site is served by a third-party static web host. Like nearly all web servers, the host may record standard request information such as IP address, date and time, the page requested, and browser type, for security and operational purposes. We do not use those logs to identify you and we do not combine them with anything else.

The product

RedCap is a mechanical closure. It contains no electronics, no battery, and no radio. It does not collect, store, or transmit any information about a patient, a dose, a bottle, or anything else, and there is no companion app, account, or dashboard.

Children

This site is directed at businesses and is not intended for children.
